Past & Future

Marlon was a member of the University of Toronto Varsity Blues Football team, where he played three seasons at the Defensive Line position. Marlon has also served as a mentor for Boys 2 Men, a Toronto District School Board program for "under-served" youth, and as a mentor for the Government of Ontario's Summer Company program.
In the near future, Marlon plans on earning a Masters in Business Administration, expanding his business, spending more time with family and traveling throughout the world.

Specializing in beginner and advanced running programs, weight loss, women’s resistance training and aerobic strength and conditioning circuit training.

To promote a holistic view of health, along with physical and psychological empowerment through the achievement of physical fitness and wellbeing.

Past & Future

Elizabeth ran Track and Field and Cross Country for the University of Toronto, where she earned 1st team All-Canadian honours for Track and Field and 2nd team All-Canadian honours for Cross Country.
Elizabeth is also an active member in the downtown Toronto community, where she has tutored low income children at Nelson Mandela Elementary school as well as volunteering with at risk youth at the St. Clair Child Development Institute. In the near future, Elizabeth plans to earn a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine, specializing in Sports Rehabilitation.
